In 2010 EP launched Kishori Shiksha Program (KSP) for the girls in the age group of 10 -18 who have never been to school and may never get a chance to get the education. The KSP is a 12 months holistic literacy program for adolescent girls. This program provides literacy, numeracy, reading and expressive skills, sewing as a vocational skill, health and environment awareness. Kishori Shiksha Program has cumulatively made more than 1650 girls literate till date.

End Poverty is on the Grievance Redressal Commitee of the Tijara Block Education Office and the Girl Child Education Committee of the District Education Department of Alwar District.
